Do I really pay nothing AND receive money for my fundraiser?
YES! As mentioned we'll help you design your shirt, set up your fundraiser page, make the shirts, ship the shirts and send you money for each shirt you sell towards your cause.
How much will I receive per T-Shirt?
This depends on how much you price your shirt. Thread Level Midnight keeps $15* per shirt sale. Anything after that will go towards your cause (not including shipping and taxes). For example, if you make a T-Shirt, and you decide to charge $30 for each T-Shirt, then you will receive:
$30 - $15 = $15 per sale.
*For Fundraisers, we charge $15 for a premium t-shirt, one color front print screen transfer, one color back print screen transfer design. This price may go up if you want more options for your design.
Is the production process any different for fundraisers?
A little bit. Once the fundraiser page is up and running, the average time to shipment for shirt is 1-2 weeks after you order. This is because for Fundraisers, we make each shirt to order. Once each week, we collect all active sales and order the materials to make them. Then, it takes about another week for us to receive the materials and make the final product.
Alright, I'm in. How do I Start?
- Reach out to us by using the "Contact Us" form in the bottom right hand of your screen and give us the details of your fundraiser. We want to know about you and your cause to get a better feel for the audience and the context.
- Send us your design or image, if you have one, and we'll give you some example proofs for what your shirt could be. We'll also give you options, T-Shirt and print-wise, that you have for your design. If you don't have a design but have an idea, we can gladly help you create one.
- Finalize the design and let us prepare for launch of your fundraiser page!
- When your page is live, you can start selling! Disseminate the fundraiser page to friends, family and social media to get more people to contribute to your cause.
- Once we start to receive orders, we will handle all the shipping logistics. We are willing to share as much or little with you on the logistics behind that as well.
- At the frequency of your choice I will send you the sales report and your funds. Funds will be sent over in an agreed upon method (venmo, paypal, zelle, etc...)
